• proofreading: This means making sure the punctuation, spelling and grammar are correct and consistent. No structural or content changes are made.

• editing: Includes proofreading and may consist of rewriting and/or rearranging text (with your permission) to clarify ideas, remove clutter, weed out redundancies and enhance narrative flow. I also check for formatting consistency.

• ghost writing: The whole enchilada. I take your ideas, notes and scribbles, do the research, write your piece for you, and you take the credit.
